Shivaji Bhosle, also known as Chhatrapati Shivaji Raje Bhosle (Marathi: छपती िशवाजीराजे भोसले) (Born:February 19, 1627,Died: March 4,1680) was the founder of Maratha empire in western India in 1674. He raised a strong army and navy, constructed and repaired forts, used guerilla warfare tactics, developed a strong intelligence network, gave equal treatment to the people from all religions and castes based on merit, and functioned like a seasoned Statesman and General. He appointed ministers with specific functions such as Internal security, Foreign affairs, Finance, Law and Justice, Religious matters, Defense etc. He introduced systems in revenue collection and warned the officials against harassment of subjects. :Telecom majorsBhartiAirtelandIdea Cellulartoday announced 'free' roaming packs, paving the way for cheaper roaming across India. Other operators are expected to follow suit soon.The country's biggest telecom company,Airtelon Monday became the first to announce "free incoming calls" on roaming at a charge of Rs 5 per day. Airtel subscribers can also opt for the one-time pack of Rs 79, which provides free incoming calls on roaming for 30 days.However, these offers have been doled out to prepaid customers only and there is no word about thesame being extended to postpaid users as of now.Airtel's offerwas followed by a similar announcement later in the day by Idea Cellular.
